The Sienna is hybrid-only and rated up to about 36 mpg, excellent for a minivan. The Pacifica offers a plug-in hybrid that runs about 32 miles on electricity before switching to its gas V6, which can mean gas-free local trips.
Both offer all-wheel drive, the Sienna with its standard hybrid and the Pacifica on its gas V6. Only the Pacifica has Stow ‘n Go seats that fold into the floor; the Sienna’s second-row seats are removable but heavy.
