These people are thieves. I bought a truck from this dealership in January 2025. They overcharged me on the tax for my state. I have left about 15 messages for someone to call me and no one will. They made the sell and now they have no interest in speaking to me.
Charity was absolutely amazing. No hassle at all. She was so down to earth I felt like I was talking to a close friend. Itās been almost 4 months since I brought my truck and I still have no registration, title and or the over payment I gave the dealership. Stay away from buying a vehicle here!!! They have ghosted us completely and now I have to seek legal advice. Come may 1st the extended plate they gave me will expire and I will be without a vehicle. They should be embarrassed on how they treat their good paying customers and the lack of knowledge and professionalism everyone has at that dealership.

I bought a 2022 Ram Rebel with 350 original miles from this dealership. The very next morning after this vehicle was delivered, it wouldn't start. I had to have it towed to a service center (in a rural area so it's an hour away). The service center found a huge draw from a computer board that would kill a new battery overnight. Terrible experience here unfortunately. Vehicle wasnāt ready when I went to pick it up, had to wait two hours even though they had two days to prep the vehicle for me to pick it up. They had me sign papers and wait for my finance companyās check before I could drive it home (4 days later), which most dealerships donāt require with my lender.
