Stay as far away from this dealership and Quentin Askin as possible. Tried to manipulate my numbers and include packages and services i specifically said no to. When asked about these items he told management that I had asked for them and I was the one lying to try to get a better deal.
They were especially kind and incredibly fast. I instantly got all the important information about the car, and was even invited to take it for a test drive myself.

From the very beginning, they took the time to show me every detail and all the features that made me fall in love with the car.
We go there all the time. The service is good and they seem pretty honest which has become more and more rare when it comes to repairing your vehicle.
This was by FARRR the Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Cody(my salesperson) told me lie after lie to get me to come to the dealership which was 3 hours away. Phenomenal service from ALM in Perry! I purchased a used vehicle, after the purchase I noticed a vibration. I contacted ALM Service department and scheduled an appointment. I arrived ahead of my appointment Peter from service greeted me and let me know what to expect time wise.... 2 hours. They kept me informed of the process. Within 2 hours my car was diagnosed and repaired! A huge shout out to Peter and the service team at ALM CJDR in Perry... if you need vehicle service, give them a call!

The handling of paperwork at this dealership was a joke. Tag and registration documents were not filed in a timely manner. Deadlines came and went with no updates, urgency or explalnation. This is totally irresponsible.
Trying to reach anyone by phone is futile. Calls go unanswered and messages are not returned. The complete lack of communication is baffling! I recently purchased a 2026 Ram Laramie from ALM located in Perry. I must say I had a great experience from start to finish. Absolute SCAM of a dealership. I dealt directly with General Manager Chip while out of state, completed literally everything short of a finance app, and even put down a deposit. I just tried to buy a 2024 Bronco from this dealership. I offered less than list price and was told that was an insult. I agreed to purchase at list price and when I got the purchase order email to me. There were $4,500 in junk fee's 1 was a 3k mandatory motor trend warranty for a vehicle that's still under factory warranty. BUYER BEWARE. All the used car tricks are in play at this dealership.

These people are thieves. I bought a truck from this dealership in January 2025. They overcharged me on the tax for my state. I have left about 15 messages for someone to call me and no one will. They made the sell and now they have no interest in speaking to me.
Charity was absolutely amazing. No hassle at all. She was so down to earth I felt like I was talking to a close friend. It’s been almost 4 months since I brought my truck and I still have no registration, title and or the over payment I gave the dealership. Stay away from buying a vehicle here!!! They have ghosted us completely and now I have to seek legal advice. Come may 1st the extended plate they gave me will expire and I will be without a vehicle. They should be embarrassed on how they treat their good paying customers and the lack of knowledge and professionalism everyone has at that dealership.
